At Metro Boomin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your pre-paid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
